City of Perth – Eat Drink Perth Festival

March 2011 marks the start of the City of Perth – Eat Drink Perth Festival and boy, both Miss Egg and Miss L here at PFE are excited about it!

The event will run throughout the entire month of March with numerous food events, dinners, talks and tastings.  Check out the official website to find out What’s On, the Upcoming Events and the Specials available!

Too much to try, too little time..but I’m sure you will find something of interest!

One of the highlights is the Twilight Hawker Market happening this coming Friday 5pm – 8pm.  Check this event out at Forrest Place on Murray Street.

Some of the cuisines on offer will include Indonesian satay, Cambodian Larb Salad, Spanish Pinxtos, Turkish gozlemes, Moroccan tapas, Columbian empanadas, Mexican tacos and Singaporean noodle dishes.  Miss L is bummed that she will  miss this event as she is currently in the Hunter Valley in Sydney.  However she has been told that she can still try it out the following week!  Yes the Hawker Market will be occuring EVERY FRIDAY in March! Yay!

Other events of interest include:
