Gong Xi Fa Chai! Chinese New Year 2015 is fast approaching! In one and a half week to be exact! This year, I’m organising a festive meal at Szechwan Zen Chinese Restaurant on 22 Feb 2015 as part of a fundraiser for my church. The menu consists of the following:

Raw Salmon Yu Sang
Seafood Beancurd Soup
Xiao long bao
Pan fried pork dumpling
Black fungus salad
Spinach with ginger sauce
Spicy bean jelly
Boiled beef slices with hot chilli

Steamed scallops
Snow crab with XO sauce wrapped in fried foil
Steamed barramundi with ginger and shallot
Stir fried beef with oyster mushroom
Broccoli with garlic sauce
Crispy and spicy pork hock
Golden fried garlic spare ribs
Kung pao chicken
Deep fried green bean
Crumbed King Prawns
Steamed Rice

Fruit Platter
Chinese Tea
